Enjoy free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time. Paramotoring is highly dependent on weather conditions, particularly wind speed. For safety reasons, we do not fly with winds exceeding 8 mph.

What You’ll Do

Welcome to an unforgettable flight lesson for beginners in a tandem GRAZHopper Trike from Airparamo, based at Ak Chin Regional Airport in Maricopa, Arizona.

• Soar over stunning Arizona landscapes, including farm fields, desert terrain, and mountain views.
• Experience an open-cockpit flight with a one-on-one lesson.
• Begin with a pre-flight inspection and an overview of the trike’s design, controls, and radio communication.
• Choose between a smooth, level flight or energetic maneuvers for a thrilling ride.
• Take the controls yourself under guided instruction.

The flight time is approximately 20 minutes, with the entire experience lasting approximately 1 hour.

Dress Code & Safety Tips

✔ Secure Long Hair: As the pilot sits directly behind the passenger, loose hair can obstruct visibility and interfere with controls due to wind turbulence. Please tie it back in a ponytail or secure it appropriately.

✔ Appropriate Clothing: We strongly recommend wearing long pants for protection.

✔ Footwear: Running or hiking shoes provide the best stability for boarding and exiting the trike.

✔ Weather Consideration: In-flight temperatures can drop by 10°F, and the wind chill can make conditions feel cooler. Dress accordingly for comfort.

• Earned my Private Pilot License (PPL) at 15 years old.
